You were yelling at me, it hurt
Like shards of some spiritual glass, your utterances cut through my soul
Need amnesia even just for a day
A little, just enough to forget
Enough to erase the scars you have so eloquently dressed me with
Even though I left and ran with my life You still not leaving, you linger in thoughts
When I left you I thought I would find me on the other side, I am still lost
